West works is amazing! I cannot say enough good things about this shop. We were visiting from out of town when our car was broken into overnight and the rear passenger window was completely shattered. We needed to drive all the way back to San Francisco that day and had no idea what we were going to do. They helped us completely free of charge, purely out of kindness. They were incredibly patient, compassionate, and thorough. They removed the remaining broken glass, helped us cut off seat covers that were covered in glass, carefully shop vacuumed the entire car, and securely wrapped the broken window so that we could safely make the drive home. They went so far above and beyond. Truly exceptional people and exceptional service. I’m incredibly grateful to them and would recommend this shop without hesitation.

If I could give West Works Collision 1 million stars our a million I would. Cannot speak higher of there service, responsiveness, and care. My wife and I were in a bind and needed quick and skilled service in order to drive back up to the Bay Area. Maribel and team were able to get us in and went above and beyond to get us back on the road safely. If you're in need of service in the Inland Empire this the first and only shop you should consider

I recently had my Telluride fixed at West Works and the work was great. I really appreciated the updates and over communication from this place.

I came here with my Tesla because my window switch module or my driver‘s door was broken and one of their team members spent about 30 minutes to 45 minutes fixing it and they didn’t even charge me. Before this I went to at least five other Body Shop places and they told me that it would be ready by Monday and all I had to do here was walk in and tell them what was wrong and they got started working on my car instantly with no charge. (Obviously I left a great tip) 😁

West Works Auto Body Shop exceeded my expectations. I visited several shops before coming here, and these guys jumped on our car right away-no waiting around. They got to work immediately and didn't charge us for the initial inspection and work. Their responsiveness and willingness to help from the start really stood out. Highly recommend if you need auto body work done.

Took in my 4Runner after it was hit by an object on the freeway. Lalo and the team had it back in original / new shape in less than 1 week. Even washed and detailed my truck before getting it back! Highly recommend!

Marco and his team were terrific communicators and repaired my vehicle beautifully exactly as quoted beforehand. They did all this in a timely manner per the schedule they told me to expect. I can definitely recommend West Works as a quality repair shop.
