Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://westworksupland.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, West Works Auto Collision markets and arranges Collision Repair, Paintless Dent Repair, Bumper Repair, Auto Paint Repair, ADAS Calibration. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Ownership. West Works Auto Collision (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. West Works Auto Collision reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. West Works Auto Collision disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, West Works Auto Collision's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid West Works Auto Collision in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify West Works Auto Collision against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in CA.
Term Changes. West Works Auto Collision may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
